This definitely makes a most comfy bed for today. As I mentioned in one of Kathy's older posts, she positively hates my hair on the clothing...oh well...she'll get over it. I just hope she doesn't decide to throw another full basket on top of me...oh my god!!!...I'll get suffocated!!!

Kathy's Journal - It's A Synchronized Kitty Pose

It's better than synchronized swimming...it's better than synchronized diving...it's called "let's do a synchronized pose for the camera"!!! I must admit I do have them trained rather well, don't you think???

Nala's World - Is It A Statue or Is It Alive???

No, this is not a picture of a cat statue under a table. ITS ME, OF COURSE!!! I do believe I would make a lovely table ornament if I were not a living, breathing feline. I guess they made this table just for us kitties to sit under.

Gizmo's World - Suppertime In Kathy's Kitchen!

I heard the dinner bell, jumped off the chair and here I am....gawking at all this delicious human food!!! I see roast beef, pasta and corn. I don't need that thing sitting there next to the food (I think Kathy calls it a fork). I'll just use my paw and dig in!! Ummmmmm Good!!

Kathy's Journal - Get The Popcorn, Have A Seat.....It's Fight Night

I was lucky to get a ringside seat for this one!!! Gizmo and Nala going at it...throwing punches...batting the paws! Fortunately, there was no hair loss. They will never learn to get along and be feline friends. Here is the summary (blow by blow by rounds):

Round 1: pretty even contest, both came out punching
Round 2: Gizmo really let Nala have a good swipe of the paw - no injury
Round 3: Nala's temper came through - she really let Gizmo have it - no injury
Round 4: both got bored and tired of the whole episode - the end!

I know all the female felines (except Nala) would love me because I am soooo handsome. Here I am in one of my best poses - just showing off my impressive black stripes. What a stud I am!!!

Nala's World - I'm Going To Be Physically Sick!!

Oh my God!!!! I feel positively feverish!!! I am so weak and don't feel like climbing down from this "soft, cushiony seat" that Gizmo told me about. I've seen him lounge on this thing a few times. I don't know what it is, but I guess the humans use it for something. I may lay here forever!!!!

Gizmo's World - Why Can't I Come Back In???

Uh-Oh!!! Kathy won't let me back inside. I didn't do anything wrong to deserve this. Pleasssse....let me in...I am very hungry...and have to use the bathroom!!

Kathy's Journal - From The Animal Shelter

I really enjoy volunteering at the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter and wanted to share some pics I took there recently. The top pic shows my daughter, Melissa, and one of the cats in the animal bonding room. The bonding room is really set up nice, complete with cat and dog toys. The middle pic is Melissa with one of the dogs in a outdoor dog pen. Whenever someone wants to take a dog out for a walk or share bonding time, the shelter has these pens outside that are fenced off from other dogs that may be outside. The pens are great to let the dog run around and let off some energy. The other pic is of me and another dog that was there at the time. The dogs and cats love the "human attention".
